2, quality, performance guarantee

 

1) Party B guarantees that the materials and services are consistent with this technical document; guarantees that the equipment provided meets the requirements for safe and reliable operation, and is responsible for the entire process of equipment design, manufacturing, supply, testing, packaging, shipping, and on-site commissioning.

 

2) Party B guarantees that all the products provided are brand new and unused, and their working performance fully meets the design requirements.

 

3) All manufacturing, processing, testing and inspection operations affecting equipment and materials will be subject to the supervision of Party A or other representatives.

 

4) If Party B deviates from this technical document, Party A must notify Party A, and it can be implemented only after receiving permission.

 

5) Before Party A confirms the drawings, Party B shall not process or manufacture. Unless receiving a notice of abandonment by Party A, this does not relieve Party B of its responsibility to meet the requirements of this technical document.

 

6) The equipment and all auxiliary components provided by Party B shall be mature, advanced, and have the successful operation and practical experience in manufacturing the equipment in the same process. Experimental designs and products shall not be used.

 

7) During the warranty period, under the premise that the system design water production conditions are met, Party B guarantees that the system water output is not less than 30m3 / h.

 

8) Under the condition of meeting the normal raw water influent water quality conditions, it is guaranteed that the desalination rate of the reverse osmosis membrane in the first year ≥98%, the desalination rate in the second year≥97%, and the desalination rate in the third year≥96%. If the desalting rate, water production rate and recovery rate of the reverse osmosis membrane caused by non-Party's operating reasons occur, Party B is responsible for free replacement. During the normal production and operation of the film during the warranty period, Party B is responsible for free replacement.

 

9). The service life of the inner rubber lining of all steel equipment is 10 years, and the service life of the equipment and pipeline valves is 10 years. And promise that during the warranty period due to product quality reasons for damage or failure, Party B is responsible for free repair or replacement.

 

10) During the warranty period, provide on-site technical guidance and routine maintenance twice a year, free chemical cleaning service once a year for two years, and free replacement membrane elements once a year after two years.

 

11) Under the premise that Party B provides the resin, Party B guarantees that the service life of the resin in this device is not less than 3 years. If the water quality is not qualified due to the failure of the resin due to Party A, Party B is responsible for handling and replacing the resin free of charge. Party A shall replenish according to the damage of the resin (the resin whose damage rate is more than 5% shall be replenished by Party B).

 

12) Party B shall supply the products according to the items in the scope of supply of this technology as scheduled. If it is not possible to arrive within the contract time or complete the missing items or technical certificates such as quality certificates, Party B shall be treated as overdue delivery. Party A has the right to choose to return the goods according to its tolerance of overdue delivery. Party B shall bear all the costs of returning the goods and refund the payment paid by Party A. If the overdue delivery affects Party A's construction period, Party B shall bear all the economic losses. .

 

13) The quality guarantee period of the whole set of equipment is 12 months, and it is maintained for life. After the equipment from Party B is delivered to Party A's site, it is installed and debugged, and calculation is started after normal operation. During the specified warranty period, due to Party B's cause of major component degradation or failure, the warranty period of the removed component will be terminated, and the warranty period of the newly installed component will be calculated from the replacement date.

 

14) The equipment and materials provided by Party B shall meet the various performance parameters and operating requirements signed by Party A and Party B in this annex. If during the performance test, due to the reasons of Party B's equipment, the performance requirements have not been met, If the technical performance of the technical personnel and maintenance personnel of Party B fails to reach the performance of the equipment specified in the technical documents after two consecutive treatments, Party B must guarantee free replacement within 30 days; if Party B fails to meet the requirements of Party A after replacement and processing, For the performance of the equipment specified in the technical documents, Party B must compensate Party A for its losses. Party A has the right to request a return. Party B shall bear all the costs of the return and return the payment that Party A has paid; and shall fully bear Party A's economic losses.

 

15). The service life of all equipment parts, spare parts and wearing parts shall comply with the warranty time in the technical documents. If any failure occurs during the warranty time, Party B shall deal with it within the time specified in the after-sales service guarantee. And provide spare parts for replacement.

 

16) Party B shall strictly implement the after-sales commitments in the after-sales service guarantee. If it is violated, Party A has the right to request a return. Party B shall bear all the costs of the return and refund the payment that Party A has paid; if it affects the normal production of Party A, All economic losses shall be borne by Party B.

 

15.After-sales service guarantee

 

1. Party B is responsible for sending professional and technical personnel to the site to guide the installation and commissioning of the equipment free of charge; At the same time, Party B is obliged to provide guidance to Party A's system configuration to jointly ensure the best use of the equipment.

 

2. Party B is responsible for all installation work of this device and commissioning to qualified effluent and meet all conditions agreed in this technical document. At the same time, technical training for equipment operation and management is provided free of charge to ensure that Party A can use, maintain and overhaul correctly.

 

3. During the warranty period, if there is any failure of equipment or materials, Party B must make a clear reply within 1 hour after receiving the telephone or fax notification from Party A. If Party B technical staff and maintenance personnel are required to rush within the time agreed by the parties Go to Party A for processing.

 

4. During the warranty period, Party A needs spare parts and Party B to guarantee delivery to Party A's site within 24 hours.

 

5. Party B shall provide Party A with technical support and services such as installation, use, and maintenance for a long period of time, and provide spare parts for a long period of time.

 

6. Party B must provide on-site guidance for Party A's installation of piping, participate in the test run to ensure that the test run is qualified, and provide free training for operation, maintenance and overhaul personnel.
